Petershill Partners sells its stake in Harvest Partners for $561 million

Petershill originally acquired the 15% stake in Harvest in October 2018

Acquirer of stake is presently undisclosed

Sale represents "a 22% premium to the $459 million carrying value of the interests being sold as at 31 December 2024"

$561 million consideration consists of $140 million in cash at transaction close and $421 million cash on first anniversary of closing
