PACT Capital Partners makes debut minority stake investment into Accel-KKR

PACT's Managing Partner Christian von Schimmelmann first got to know Accel-KKR during his time at GS Petershill, which backed Accel-KKR in 2017

Investment will provide Accel-KKR with capital to increase commitments to its current funds and future commitments

None of the proceeds from the transaction will be used to make distributions to Accel-KKR principals
