Hayfin is a London-based alternative asset manager with ~€32 billion AUM

Deal comes one year after Hayfin's management bought back a majority ownership stake (supported by Arctos' Keystone) from BCI

Following the MBO, Hayfin and Arctos sought additional minority stake owners

Both Hayfin and Arctos distributed a portion of their ownership to Mubadala and AXA IM Prime
