Tacoma, WA: GQG Private Capital Solutions, LLC (“PCS”) and Ranchland Capital Partners, LLC (together with its affiliates “Ranchland”) announced today that they have agreed on terms for a proposed strategic partnership. Under the proposed terms, PCS would, through a fund it manages, make a strategic capital investment in Ranchland. The proposed investment would represent a minority equity interest in Ranchland’s business to be held by the PCS managed fund. Following the closing of the proposed transaction, PCS would endeavor to deploy its strategic resources to support the Ranchland business.

The proposed transaction between the PCS managed fund and Ranchland is expected to be finalized in November and is subject to customary closing conditions.
