Franklin Templeton to acquire ~75% stake in Stoneshield Capital for ~€600 million

Stoneshield is a Dublin-based real assets investment manager with ~$9 billion in AUM

Founders will retain a ~25% stake and continue operating firm, which will be incorporated into Franklin's real estate arm, Clarion Partners LLC
