London — September 17, 2025 — After almost 14 years at L&G, Hannah Gore-Randall, Managing Director and Head of GP Stakes, has left the business to pursue new opportunities. Gore-Randall has played a pivotal role in establishing and leading a number of L&G’s partnerships in alternatives, including its investments in Pemberton Asset Management and NTR Asset Management, both of which have seen significant growth since L&G’s investment 10 years ago. More recently, Gore-Randall supported L&G’s investments into ImpactA Global and Proprium Capital Partners.

The move follows L&G’s decision to no longer pursue GP Stakes as an investment strategy and fund proposition for clients. All of the GP stakes L&G owns continue to be strategically important to the firm.

Reflecting on her time at L&G, Gore-Randall said: “I have thoroughly enjoyed leading L&G's GP stakes strategy and am grateful to the boards of Pemberton Asset Management, NTR Asset Management Europe and ImpactA Global which I have had the pleasure to serve on.”

She added that the broader opportunity in GP stakes remains significant despite the firm’s withdrawal: “The GP stakes market in Europe today holds exceptional potential. Against a backdrop of consolidation in the asset management industry, there are no shortage of firms adding GP stakes to their toolkits to expand their capabilities and secure long-term strategic advantage. These range from established asset managers looking to widen their product set in alternatives, to global players looking to grow their capability in Europe, to the dedicated GP stakes funds which have emerged to serve this growing part of the market.”

Looking ahead, Gore-Randall emphasized her commitment to the space: “Going forward I will be remaining part of the GP stakes ecosystem and look forward to shaping its development in Europe.”
