Committed Advisors is a Paris-based private equity secondaries manager with €7.7 billion in AUM
Prime is acquiring the stake from Wendel, which acquired a 56% stake in Committed Advisors in October 2025 (see here)
Wendel will own 50.1% of Committed Advisors after the deal, and will acquire the remaining 44% of CA in subsequent transactions
This isn't the first time Prime / Wendel partnered—both firms also did a similar structure when Wendel acquired Monroe Capital (see here)
