Hi {{First name | there}},

We’re excited to announce our State of the Market in Large-Cap GP Stakes panel speakers:

  • Moderator:

    • Saul Goodman, Senior Managing Director in Alternative Asset Management at Evercore

  • Panelists:

    • Zach Tcheyan, Managing Director in GP Strategic Capital at Blue Owl

    • Joshua Blaine, Senior Managing Director and Head of GP Stakes at Blackstone

    • Gustavo Cardenas, Co-Head of Strategic Partnerships at Wafra

    • Randi Lally, Partner, Co-Head of M&A and Private Equity at Fried Frank

This panel is especially timely because Large-Cap GP Stakes has accounted for much of the transaction volume since the GP Stakes asset class shifted toward private capital managers. The history is deep, the market is well developed, and many of the landmark deals have happened at this end of the spectrum.

The key question now is what the next chapter looks like: how much runway remains, where opportunity is still expanding, and how the Large-Cap GP Stakes industry continues to evolve. We’ll hear from the professionals who have seen multiple cycles of this market and can speak to where momentum is building, how buyer appetite is changing, and what still makes Large-Cap GP Stakes compelling today.
